the wedge shape is needed. There is another seller on ebay that sells one that is flat. It works but can be dislodged from the breech and cause feeding errors.

I thought about that, but I don't want to scratch the gun. This one fits good and tight, pellet loads just a touch smother than with the mag in, Which is amazing. One of the biggest differences between my Airwolf and the Crown is the transfer of the pellet from the mag to the barrel. The Crown is just so smooth. I haven't tried to see if it's anymore accurate yet. I kind of doubt it. I'll post if so.
