I believe this is an issue with many rifles using shrouds. FX exacerbates the problem with its adjustable system. I experienced this in a Crown and, to a lesser degree with a Bantam. My Red Wolf seems immune from it, as I can remove and replace the silencer and shroud, usually with no effect on accuracy or POI. But, it uses a different attachment method. Most air rifles use a rather weak barrel attachment system, which is frustrating at times, especially in a hunting rifle. I don't abuse my cartridge rifles, but I handle my air rifles with special care.

There is something else you may want to consider. At the front of your outer barrel there is a tubular bolt. At one end it screws into your outer barrel and tensions the inner barrel. The other end protrudes, and is what your muzzle brake screws into. If this bolt is loose at either end, it'll allow your muzzle brake, which is what centers your shroud to your inner barrel, to move. So you might consider unscrewing your shroud and checking that the bolt is snug at both ends. If it is, then you're already in the perfect position to also move the shroud stop on your outer barrel back so your shroud is always locked to the rear. From there a shroud damper and/or add on moderator may help you achieve the level of silence you desire. From my testing, the extended Crown shroud is quite loud compared to literally every commercial moderator design on the market, even the miniscule TKO:
