FX-CROWN “NEW PICATINNY action?

Ok, lets see how close I am? All new crowns for 2019 will have the 4-barrel screw, pic. Rail & fixed shroud? (Or should have!),also noticed smaller opening on cocking lever side of action for power port adj. wheel? Is this because of 4- screw barrel set screws encroachment in this area compromising receiver strength?, maybe because increased power for heavier projectiles @ higher velocities? I hope my predictions prove accurate!
