FX Crown MkII 35 yard toothpick shoot

FX Crown MkII, new toothpick shoot, at 35 yard with 500mm barrel, 700cc bottle Saber chassis

Love the Saber chassis except for the butt stock sucks donkey, replacing it shortly with a more 3D movement buttstock

over barely up and down and crappy shoulder contour of the saber stock

Goldwing,

Had to give a Plus 1 for Accuracy on the BUDK sales tip on the Aims Alpha 6 4.5-27x50 30mm. Arrived today, beautiful scope, clear sight and many features, all for $200. Thank you, sir. WM

Thank you brother

let us know after some use if the damping gets easier to turn.

not a big issue but you know the scope won’t move going though brush and trees

Yes a very good scope that keeps surprising the user

i baby my expensive scope but sometimes I wish I had a less expensive one so I move with less hesitation with its expense

Enjoy the ride!

Not exactly sure what "damping" refers to, I assume it deals with the "stiffness" of operating adjustment knobs. Was concerned this morning when I tried to turn either one, nothing budged. Instruction book was worthless, then I happened to lift one, it clicked up, maybe 1/8" then clicked/rotated smooth as silk, push back down to lock. If damping is, as I've assumed, and it was a previous problem, the manufacturer has corrected it in a most impressive manner. Like you said, "...a very good scope that keeps surprising the user." Thanks again, WM
