FX Crown leaking through barrel and pin probe

Hey folks, a few of you may have seen a post I made a while back where I had air leaking from the barrel and also when the pellet probe was pulled back. Well, I put a new delrin seal in and for a while it seemed to go away...then it came back. It came back when the delrin seal and brass collar slid back. So, I put some loctite under the seal and collar and put it back together and for a few days it seemed to work. However, it appears that it had a slow leak. So today I tried to fill the bottle and the slow leak is now a fast leak. I took it all apart and have now tried 3 valve seals including the original one, and two valve pins, including the original one and with the original valve seat. All of the o-rings seem ok, all of the surfaces that are visible seem ok. Is there anything else it could be?

Yep I did pull it apart again. The delrin had slid back on the pin- again. I used loctite on it and it still slid. I am not saying that this is the only problem because there may be another leak. The seat is fine- I have used 3 different seats to test them all. The problem appears to be with the pin. Certainly the delrin and cuff slides back at 160 plus bar. Also, there may be something causing the pin to not slide as easily as it should, hindering the ability to seal- maybe. That may be that the spring hot lost its strength and/or the hammer may have deformed the housing where it strikes the pin. I am investigating all of these options and it may be one or many.

I can fill it and go out and take a few shots but the tank loses the air within an hour. The other night I shot a few times and then I heard the delrin slide back...it sounded like a couple of farts. With any luck I can find a way to make that stick and then I can investigate the other issues.
