FX Crown intro and stock removal

"Dirte"I was in the mist of giving my Royale a finish makeover when I came upon some entertainment. Great video Tom! Will use soon.
BTW How were you as a kid Christmas morning?
Honestly... I was generally subdued. The only other time I can remember having that kind of reaction was when I found my Christmas presents early and realized I would be getting the R/C truck I really, really, really wanted. I ran all over the house screaming! lol
Gorgeous Royale! Congrats on that beauty.

Thanks @Jack.K, He's a swell guy, and we nailed it on the first recording. Stole that idea from the movie "Cast Away" and have been waiting for the Crown to get here to pull it off.

"Michael"Thanks Tom,

Gonna have to add a rail myself. What size screws did you use?

I wish FX offered their stocks with an embedded accessory rail. I'd pay a few extra bucks for it come from the factory with one.
Thank you Michael!
I have a bunch of assorted length 10-24 screws. I did not measure them before installing. I just held them up to the stock along with the rail and they looked good (5/8-3/4"?). It's really just the front that you have to be careful about. The back one has plenty of stock to drive into.

"2D1C"Really struggling between this and the Daystate MCT guns with the aftermarket software upgrades. Any thoughts?
The Daystate MCT is on my wish list. It's been there for quite a while and keeps getting pushed back. That being said, I pushed it back again as soon as I heard about the Crown. I'm glad I did! You'd be happy with either one. Might be a shorter wait with the MCT but, you won't have all the options and features.
(BTW... I already have a down payment on Crown #2.)
