FX CROWN HAMMER SPRING

So wound the setting right in so that the gap measures 15mm with the calipers, on max setting on the wheel.

So when on minimum setting on the wheel the gap measures 18mm, my question is, is this the same as having the gap at set 18mm using the allen key with the the wheel setting on minimum?

If that doesnt make sense what I am saying is, is the spring preloaded more by winding in the allen key relative to the wheel setting?

Many thanks but that's not what I am asking!

As far as 30 cal that isn't entirely correct, 140-150 bar reg and 25/30 cal port, 15mm hammer spring gives the perfect setting for .177 and the JSB Beast at 940FPS!

In fact the new Wolverine R .177 HP follows exactly those parameters to give 30FT from a .177 with the JSB .177 Beast.

This is how it dawned on me exactly how versatile the Crown actually is, because the same high pressure pulse is the same high pressure pulse regardless of what projectile you put in front of it as long as you dont expect the same efficiency as the larger projectiles surface area.
