The 4x1.5mm inner o-ring inside of the reg body was shot. The one on the piston itself was fine, but I have a bunch of new ones so I might as well replace them all while they're out.
Man oh man .. I took care of the reg / reg piston o-rings and bubbling, but then the reg body started bubbling I had ONE o-ring for that on hand (I have like 50 coming on the 15th lol). Problem appears to be solved.
One last thing, I cleaned up the reg threads, but afterwards the felt all dry and gritty. I decided to wipe them down with a microfiber cloth that I sprayed a tiny bit of Slick50 on. Now it screws on and off smooth as butter!

It's not too bad servicing these regs. The only big PITA are those tiny 2x1's on the screw, but I have over a dozen scribes, picks, and micro tweezers that I keep surgically sharp
