Fx crown air leak- HELP

I think i fixed it. I just had installed a Huma extra high pressure washer set. Huma had sent one extra bellville washer and i put in into the reg. I think this made my reg piston too stiff and it went off reg dumped everything at a higher pressure than it would have normally. I took the extra washer out and it seems to be working at the moment. It is at least holding air when it wouldn't before.

I am not certain that the valve pin had no part on the problem...it may have been that with the stiffer reg springs and a smaller sealing area on the valve seat that it was not able to seal properly. I took both the larger vs and the extra spring out to get it to work. It did not hold air with the old vs and the extra spring but worked when i took the extra spring out. Ill try to put the larger vs in next to see if it works.

I found little micro edges from the cut on the larger vs. Ground them off and polished the poop out of it with dremel and it seems to be shooting ok now. There were also some mild chatter marks but now it shines like a mirror. Anyhow it seems to be working now with the larger vs and extra high pressure reg springs.
