FX Crown .177

I’m not sure if .177 is available yet. When I got mine they were only selling 25 and 30 in late October

PCP’s are great in 177. Higher shot count and fine accuracy. The Crown’s interchange barrel add to the flexibility of this platform

I most of my PCP’s have been in .25cal but I have turned into a .177,.20,and .22cal freak as of late. I love the everything about the smaller calibers, they have grown on me. I recently sold a .177 FX Impact and just recently purchased an EdGun Lelya .20cal and I’m having some of the greatest airgun fun I’ve ever had. I love the massive shot count, I love the whisper quiet nature, I love the non-violent action of the smaller calibers and mostly I love the challenge of trying to hit my targets with such tiny ballistics, oh and printing tiny little groups. Please don’t sleep on the little guy because they bite too.

I sold that gun but had it setup to shoot the JSB Exact Heavy 10.34g at approx. 890fps and it’s every bit as lethal as my .25’s with proper shot placement.

It's not easy to learn how to shoot .177 past 50yd and that's why .25 and .30 are more popular. It is however not impossible and far more gratifying once you've got it figured out. Most folks are simply not interested in honing their skills or can't.won't because of ego or some sense of bigger is better and I call shenanigans on those of this mind set.

Nice shooting John, that’s exactly what I’m talking about. I absolutely get more satisfaction from hitting my target with a .177 than with a larger caliber but to each their own. Don’t get me wrong I love all the different calibers but the real joy for me comes from the small bore barrels.
