A few weeks ago I received a 22 caliber 700mm Barrel kit from Palm BeachAirguns, yesterday I opened it to do the simple switch to 22 caliber from my stock 30. To my surprise my kit was missing the 22 caliber feeding pin. I called Joel at PB and he told me that he did not have one in stock and I would have to contact FX in NC. Last night I sent out an email explaining what happened. This morning I received a call from Joel that everything is close to being taken resolved and by 10:30 I received the tracking number on my replacement part from FX.
I just want to thank both FX and Joel at Palm Beach for taking care of my problem in a swift manner. I find I don’t need after sale service often and it’s great when you do.
