FX Airguns is continuing their winning streak and tremendous year over year growth. Due to this, we at the FX Airguns USA division are growing our staff again.
At the moment, we are looking to hire an exceptional in- house customer service agent for a full time position starting immediately. You would need to have a passion for FX airguns as well as an extensive knowledge about the mechanics of an FX airgun and or airgun repairs. The position will be primarily customer service, but if you have other skills relevant to our needs, there are options to create an 80/20 flex position. (i.e. 80% customer service, 20% utilizing other skill sets). Because we are growing so fast, we have more and more needs for in house talent in many diverse areas.
FX Airguns USA is based out of Wilmington, North Carolina.
Our call center primarily serves North America where we provide support for all repair and customization of FX airguns. We set a very high standard for whom we employ and are looking for someone who is deeply solution driven with a can-do attitude.
Skills and abilities we are looking for: Integrity, self-motivated, positive and happy demeanor, highly organized, timely, professional, great communication skills and a good team player.
In particularity we are looking to hire someone that would want to grow with our company. We are in constant growth and are expanding quickly, so any other skills you may have beyond excellent customer service skills, please list in your resume.
