FX Airguns USA announces a new 3 year Warranty

Having a 3 yr warranty is Great , However having a gun that doesn't break is better , But FX USA has Jessica and Ernest both top notch people who resolve things . and they are pleasant professional unlike what some of us had to deal with before , like the phone call saying customer abuse and it isnt under warranty , I heard this before , I once had put air in a new FX gun and it leaked at regulator I sent t back to be sealed , give me a break , I stood my ground and ended out telling them keep it, and got a different gun , I wasn't going to be ripped off . like seriously , customer abuse really , or sending a FX with bad barrel in to hear , The gun was altered , adjusted hammer spring ha ha , really? /

I really like the way Ed-Gun works better , They make a gun and put out Movies to strip it down and do work , and they make videos for people to see exactly how to do everything , and If a few people have something break he revamps part and retrofits it on all of them and he also makes sure all customers get parts required even if yours didnt break ,He teaches the end user everything to keep it running flawlessly

My dealings with FX , NC was fantastic , I had to send back a gun which was at a dealer previous which never got fixed and FX NC paid shipping both ways , and I had a regulator go and they overnight-ed it to me as well .

But my dealings with a prior FX warranty was like going to the casino

Just make sure you get a hold of the original receipt / invoice from where that person bought it. We'll be able to tell to a certain extend by serial number, but when it's getting towards the end of the three years, an original receipt will be the way to show (in cases where the gun was manufactured and sat on the dealers shelf for a few months before being sold)
