FX Airguns USA offers a full factory back up service to each FX Airgun that it imports into the US. All FX Airguns manufactured from Oct 2017 and on are warranted to the retail consumer for three (3) years from date of purchase against faulty workmanship and defective materials. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty of your FX Airgun is transferable with copy of original invoice or receipt.
What is covered
Replacement parts, labor and return shipping to the customer (USA only).
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear from regular use. Failure or damage due to abuse or misuse as outlined in the owner’s manual. Modification, tampering, or altering the gun in any way not specifically authorized by the factory with non-standard parts, springs, seals, etc. Minor blemishes or cosmetic defects that do not affect the performance or functionality of the gun are also not covered.
Warranty Claims
Warranty claims and repair for USA customers only. Call FX Airguns USA at (866) 639-0772 and select option 1 for the service department. You can also email claims to [email protected]. If it is determined a return is necessary, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Write this number boldly on the box and return the product prepaid to FX Airguns USA. Your name, address, email address, phone number and a note explaining the defect found must be included in the package. A copy of the original dated receipt must accompany the return.
