have a pair of 30mm fx adjustable scope rings. first of all they perform great. no trouble there , the issue is rust. yes i keep up on my gear. but just to note i observed tiny amount of spot rust on the screw heads of the fx rings. i also have utg rings that seem to have better coating on their screw heads. anyone else see anything like this? i periodically clean /coat my ring screws with ballistol oil.
