FX 580cc VS 480 SHOT COUNT

Is the FX valve proprietary to the 480 cc FX bottle? I don’t think so. Are they that hard to remove? The only reason someone would need to buy another valve is if they WANTED two valves. You DON’T need to buy a new valve if just upping your bottle size. It helps to have the valve wrench though. 100 cc’s is 100 cc’s more. Unless you’re bothered by Talon Tunes being on your FX rifle’s bottle.

I just ordered one of these for my Royale. 500cc and rated for 300bar for 15 years. Same thread just have to change my valve over from the aluminum bottle. Seems like pretty good buying.

The quality of these are variable,my mate ordered a few, some were perfect other the thread os on the wonk so the bottle does not run parallel to the barrel, other than the appearance not too much of an issue if there is good clearance but on the RAW it hit the barrel.

Hmmm hopefully mine is a straight one. How far out were they? Like couldn't spin it on because the barrel was in the way?

You could fit the bottle easily but it touched the barrel pushing it up.

from memory he bought about a dozen, by the time he weeded out the wonky ones it would have cost about the same to get the fx version , also they are a fair bit heavier than the fx 480cc.

Hopefully you will get a good one.
