Just started testing this new wildcat. 30 with 700 mm barrel. Unboxed cleaned barrel and shot approximately 80 rounds to seat new amp reg and get chrony numbers. This gun has amazed me on it accuracy! Above pic is four shots at 79y. Have not tested more than a week but it's performance is making me very happy. It out shoots my other four FX products. They hold 3/4 @ 80y. With some fliers. This seems to shoot like this consistantly. Thought I would put up a post for any of you interested.

Concerning amp reg I have not touched it yet till the gun is stable. I have a Huma test gauge I will install to monitor the reg. Here is a wildcat MK1 that I modified a while back to monitor the Huma during shot strings and overnight creep checks.

Very nice!
I didn't think about using the brass bleeder screw as a point to install a reg gage! Great idea!

Monkeyshine to clarify my earlier remark when I said, "I thought 830 ft/s was rather anemic for a .30 caliber rifle" what I meant was that 69 ft lbs of energy out of a .30 caliber rifle is anemic compared to say an FX Boss .30 caliber which produces 78-80 ft lbs of energy with the same pellets. My rifle in its current configuration is getting 86 ft lbs energy and super accuracy at 100 yards. But I agree that 69 ft lbs is adequate to kill raccoons if that is your pleasure.

Best regards, Chuck

You say 50 full power 86 fl lbs from 300 cc cylinder? Can you show chrony results?
