Just received my new to me FWB 300s. Always wanted one but never bit the pellet, so to speak, and bought one. Bought from Caleb in the Netherlands. Only took 15 days to get here in the USA. Made in Oct. '79 according to serial number. Very seldom shoot .177 so need to place a pellet order. Of the pellets on hand, the gun did well with JSB RS 7.33 grain pellets at 10 to 17 yards, but the only other .177 pellet on hand from a selection of about eight others that shot decent was the Crosman Super Match. All shot with FWB sights. Need to mount a scope. After I shoot it for a while, may refinish the stock. However, I don't think I'll ever match the stocks done by Joe.

At 25 Meters, both my FWBs shoot best with JSB 7.87 gr pellets. You have a nice rifle and I hope you enjoy it as I do mine. They will always stay in my collection.
