Fwb 150 Tyrolean?!

I found this beutiful model online and I just know i gotta have one! Have any of you had one or shot one? As far as i have read it was built back in the 60's, before the 300s, has the same mecanism but with a simpler trigger, and a bit lighter but the accurasy is the same as the 300 series , here is a couple of pictures of the model if you scroll down:

That stock has exceptional grain. The Tyro style stock was put on the FWB 300 and 300s also and from what I've seen listed, it increases the asking price considerably, about $300 more. I have to think you'd need to tack on another $200 for grain like that on a 300 or 300s. Carel, a Dutch gun seller, told me that the Tyro stock is more rare on the 300s.

I've admired the slim lines of the 150 compared to the 300s, but haven't handled or shot one myself. One thing I wonder about is the sight mount-it looks very specific and might make mounting a scope difficult. If you're using the excellent aperture sights, then all is well, hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. Would love to see more pics!

AG72 when you stumble upon a thread with Tyrolean stock pics, just slowly hit the back button and get outa there. That's what I do...just pretend you didn't see them and move on. I hear they are like an addiction to a drug. Once you acquire one, it becomes a quest for more and more and more. You could possibly lose your family, your friends, absolutely everything, just to get your hands on another one of those Tyros. Those precious Tyros.....My Precious..... ;)
