Follow up on Mike's 4-in-1 Bell Target Cube Gong

Hey Guys

Just got a surprise in the mail today. Mike sent me a couple of his 4-in-1 Bell Target Cube Gong's and asked me if I would see how they stand up to my 45 FPE Cricket shooting the 25 gr RD JSB's at 895 fps.

Well the answer is....they can take a beating and keep on ringing!!!!

Before I started filming, I shot it once with my Thomas at 20 fpe, then once with the Colibri at 32 fpe, and 4 times with the 45 fpe Cricket. Then turned on the camera and shot another 7 shots inside the 1 inch kill zone with one miss just to the left edge of the kz. So that's eleven shots inside the 1" kz at 45 fpe about 32 yards out.

Here's Philips original post on Mike's Gong

And here's my video that I took today. I know...I suck at video's , but wanted you to see it happening for the most part.

The pictures were taken after all the shots hit inside the kill zone. I can't even feel a dent in the metal?

Haha, when I get my hands on a .30 cal at 75 or 80 fpe, I'll see if it can handle that as well!

These targets definitely have the Campfussell seal of approval!!!!!! LOL

Thanks Mike Edwards!

Peace and 4-in-1 grease

Thanks for the kind words Sam.

I'll try to remember and make a video of my little Bird. I have a friend from across the pond sending me some goodies for her, and when they get here, I'll definitely take pics and figure out a good video to do with her.

Barely get a glimpse of her shooting pressurized bottles using Charlie's Kaboom caps.

I have one of the original 4 in 1 targets and some of the smaller hanging targets. A while ago there was a post from Mike talking about his new design and that his current prices were being honored through 2019.

I really like his targets so I simply wrote a post below Mikes post saying how well they were made, how durable they are and how much fun they are for the boys and I to shoot. I got an e-mail from him a day later telling me, "thanks for the kind words....one of the newly designed 4 in 1 target was in the mail coming to you for free". A couple of days later I got the new 4 in 1 target. in the mail.

So now my boys and I have the older version, the newer version and 5-6 of the hanging targets, we love them all. It was a really cool gesture! I really appreciate Mike sending the free target although it certainly wasn't necessary or expected. If you haven't given 4 in 1 targets a try, you should. They're well made, inexpensive, fun to shoot and Mike is a sponsor here on AGN. Give him your support, he's a great guy!

Stoti, thanks for sharing your experience with Mike's targets. He's makes a great product. Good to know more folks like yourself give it your seal of approval!

Glenn, Those poor Blue Birds are having a rough 2019. I had three separate sets of hatch-lings in it last summer. Chickadees beat em to the nest this year, and then Mr. Chicken Snake decided to constrict and evict them. Haven't seen a bird go near it since? Gonna have to put a snake guard on it for sure.

Look forward to ya bringing the "Yote" back over and blasting some gongs, and grapes, and Kaboom bottles.
