Follow up on how to handle a problem with a dealer

For those that read the original post you know that I placed an order with bwalton pcp in the middle of May and just kept getting one excuse after another , he would never fill the order or refund my money . After posting and asking advice about this , mainly because I didn’t want to give anyone a black eye if it was an honest mistake, I was encouraged by most to put a name to this dealer so others didn’t get ripped off, so glad I did now.

I have -6 e-mails with nothing but excuses as to why the order was not being filled , when I ask for a refund , get nothing but “ I will take care of it “ , now no more responses at all. I have also heard of so many others having their money taken by this guy, most of them had the exact same stories as to why their orders were not filled just different times to the same excuse .

He even took time to come on here and post a bunch of excuses why he was not handling the transactions he had already been paid for ,in reading his excuses one thing I noticed was doing his job would take away time from pesting ( guess who is paying for the pellets he is pesting with) myself for one. In that amount of time he could have handled my order or one of many others that are in the same boat , but he chose not to do the right thing . I hope this can be a warning that will save others from getting caught up in a situation like this.

Following the advice of local police dept , I did turn over all documentation from the order I placed in May , all e-mails , and even a copy of what he posted on here to the courthouse, also copies from several other people that had the exact same excuse following their orders.

thanks

Tracker90,

I would like to say Thank You! I know that it takes courage for you to explain to others what happened with this transaction. Vendors who do business in this way, count on their victims not to tell others. Many times the victims feel embarrassed, or have mis-placed empathy, and will not discuss or pursue the conman and he or she just goes on to the next victim. Police are well aware of the mindset and criminal intent of conmen and enjoy removing them and their business from the community. In the end it just boils down to bad choice after bad choice.

Well we no the old saying bad word wil travel a mile before good word can get its shoes on..so he had a chance to make it right. .and comes here complaining its cutting into his pesting time ..im still laughing at that comment ya i think we all would like to be out there pesting but we have those little things called jobs ....i have know idea why he would continue to so damage to his name. It would of took 10 minutes to resolve. Hynzie

Tracker, if you haven't already, and you paid with a credit card, just call the card and dispute the charge. They will refund your money and they will be on his case as well.

Sometimes people think being in business for yourself is easy money. Here is a case that proves that isn't true. Serving the public is a LOT of work. Been doing it for 45 years.

Best of luck,

Crusher

If you have a issue, request a refund, and if that's not good enough, then you are welcome to do a charge back, I have no issues with that, right now I am way over my head with orders, and can not please everyone, after I am caught up, I will only be doing one at a time not 37 to 50 rifles. Sorry if this left a bad taste, I did not do this for the money and there is no need for me to... This is Not my job or my living.

Wow. I'll tell you who I would NOT use as a real estate -?-Broker

You'll give folks a refund ( how about that "godinmaster" person?) or "charge back" is "fine" with you.

Not your living nor your job,

only a representation of how you conduct yourself in Life. Maybe consider getting proactice in dealing with the people you OWE money ( explanations/product/...) to.

Wait, it's not a "Job" so you do not charge, right?

Sorry but this is bs. Op did request a refund. You ignored it. If it isnt your job then why bother in the first place. Dont need the money then do the work for free. Your one of the reasons i purchased my hatsan. I was considering sending it out to you for some work. But dont worry about it now as I dont want to eat into your pesting time. Oh a dont worry i wont be watching or subscribing to any of your vids. You dont need that money anyway. You have left a very bad taste in my mouth.
