Florida's First Airgun Whitetail Harvest! Airforce Texan .45

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvBq4DUoiHk

This nice little doe was taken by my niece yesterday evening. She was using my brother's Texan .45 shooting cast Lee 45-70 button collar bullets at approximately 375fpe. Shot distance was approximately 50 yards or a bit more. The scope was a Pixar N550. Picture quality of the shot is a bit low because I didn't show my brother, who was sitting with my niece, how to adjust the picture thru the scope for her and it was still daylight when the doe was shot so the IR wasn't on.

When you get your next one, would you be interested in testing the flex on the carcass? I haven't had to chance to go this year thanks to Michael, but hopefully we'll be caught up soon and I'll get some time in a tree. With any luck I will be able to test my .30 soon, but I would like to have as much data as possible to present to GA DNR as I can get. Hoping since you guys and bama ok'ed airguns we have a good shot now too. Good hunting.

That’s a darn good idea actually. I will do so.
