Hello there peeps. I’ve got another FX Impact MK1 problem after fixing two other issues. The two issues I fixed included massive regulator creep (replaced the regulator), and leaking from a small hole behind the safety where you can see the Belleville washers if you use a flashlight.
Sooo, the newest issue I’ve encountered is that when I shoot, it sounds like the stereotypical hammer hitting the anvil. The hammer spring has completely gone from being unable to move (near maxed out hammer spring tension), to now completely loose. I attempted to put the regulator near 140 bar, and it happened as I hit around 140.
Update: after I lowered the reg pressure (removed the air and lowered), the noise is now gone....why did it make that noise in the first place?
