After dealing with the airgun dealers that dont pick up their phone or ignore emails or charge for shipping only to find its the Pony Express I've found

An oasis. Craig at Straight Shooters is my new store. He was patient with a me and because he was able articulate the pros and cons of certain scopes

He ended up with a sale I would have otherwise given to one someone else. He helped me out with shipping fees and even remembered me when I called

To place another order. 
 
I bought my used Daystate Regal from him. While talking to him on the phone about it's condition, he said "Hold on, I'll go get". His description was spot on and he told me when I was ready to buy, mention we talked and he would give me $XX price on the shipping. When placing my order he remember me and gave me that same shipping price without having to ask. Good people.

I too have had nothing but great experiences with Straight Shooters and Craig in particular. The only time there was no answer was when they were moving. Totally understandable.

Had a magazine issue on one rifle, called Craig, no problem, shipped as soon as he got replacements.

Very pleasant to talk with and a friendly demeanor. I have only ventured away once but Straight Shooters is definitely my go to place.
