The weather in Michigan has let up so I made it to the permission today.  Still not a lot of birds back but I managed 9 shots at sparrows and got 8.  Made for some happy cats.  Can’t wait until the starlings come back.  All 25 to 50 yard shots with the regal xl in .22.

The Regal is a beauty, I have the Huntsman Classic and love it. To my eye it’s the prettiest hunting airgun ever built… they shoot too!

I live in Michigan and just today I seen several starlings sitting on top of our building at work. I seen one or two at a time last week, but there were more today. They looked like they were trying to figure out where to nest. They always seem to get into our building and I have permission to come in on my off time and take them out.

I am by Muskegon.  I also pest for an equestrian center and downed 3 fat pigeons yesterday with my royale 400.  It was a fun afternoon.

I live between Flint and Lansing. Been waiting for the flocks to move back in too. Have a couple ponds that have Catails just waiting for visitors!

I’ve lived in town for the last ten years and just recently moved back out to the country. I’m pretty surprised, being out in the woods, there are no starlings or sparrows showing up at my feeders. But there are TONS of blue jays…how I hate blue jays.

Was back out Saturday morning got 3 sparrows and one starling and missed a starling.  A few starting to show up.  The sparrows are in the barns, but I am hesitant to shoot inside as lots of cows and don’t know how they would react.  Also, the light in the barns is terrible.

I have never seen a rat there, nor signs of digging.  Maybe it is the colder climate, and lots of cats.
