So i finally got to shoot the new "toy" and man what a good time it was, i was hunched over the rifle for almost 5 hours strait, and almost forgot to chrono and take pictures.

At first i shot "heat" / much hammer for the heavier ammo, and things performed quite nice, so dispatched of some MRD pellets and some Beasts, and it was generally a very good time.

Then i tried the 13.43 grain KO slugs,,,,,,,,, and then i almost shot a tin of those CUZ,,,,,, damn.

5 shot group, aimed at that previous "dent" in a old fridge door, all 5 slugs went in the same hole, and did not even make it that much bigger ( i am shooting 50 M here )

I then backed off the hammer spring a little to shoot lighter 10.6 and 10.4 grain H&N Barracuda and JSB heavies, and this was also quite enjoyable and i almost shot a tin of the JSB heavies too,,,,,,,, CUZ,,,,,, damn.

5 shot group, and you can probably guess which one was shot #5

The first day shooting experience compared to my FX Maverick,,,,,, as opposite as you can get without going completely off the chart.

Also no doubt what gun i will be picking up for my next session, and next time i might very well give the slugs a spin at 100 M

And mind you this is shot with a rifle assembled wrong in the factory and with parts made wrong and so as a result the gun barely have 5 CCM plenum, so when i get those proper parts, and i can get the 10 shot spread under 10 i am sure i can shoot even better / the gun can make me appear to be a even better shot.

I am wondering if i can find a pellet / slug that do not shoot decent in this rifle, the 10.3 Ko slugs even do okay, a whole lot better than the scatter gun grouping i get using them in the Maverick.

For sure later today i am ordering more JSB heavies, CUZ damn,,,,,, they work good, and i am already in the market for more of the heavy Ko slugs, even if the 12.5 and 15 grain NSA i also have a stash of fly just fine. I hope NSA understand that i must of course support the local guys when it make sense to do so, everyone should support their local,,,, whatever when it make sense.

Many kilos of JSB lead heading my way tomorrow, both "Male" without skirts and "Female" with skirts, and i tossed in a some husky H&N pellets too just to get 1 more flavor in the collection, and a 1/8 BSP M/M fitting for my M8 as he need that to be able to use the long fill hose i got for him some weeks ago, with his old FX fill station.

And i sprinkled it all with a little silicone Grease and oil on the side.

Soren i think you mean cheaper than the NSA ones :)

With the new not ammo fuzzy rifle, and my stock, i think i can now declare the shooting season safe in regard to running out of lead.

CUZ it is not all shooting, we also have half a mountain to build / the back side of a mountain,,,,, and just ask you deity of choice, being "the creator" are not easy, also getting our tycoon on with the railroad this year so we can get some nice background distractions going, and there are still tonnes of gravel to shift using wheel barrels and shovels - rivers to make and what not, it is in strength and youth & wealth we are lacking not imagination.

Aaaaa

Well i dont look too much at prices, just what is in my bank account even if i dont have any form of digital banking a visa card is about as modern i can go, also why i last month by accident got a fill probe for a kral arms in my cart at Krale, and i did not see that before the parcel was here :)

Reasoning,,,, well mine at least, would agree that slugs should be cheaper than pellets, or at least the molds to make as slugs are a simpler shape, even with the new MK2 twist on things, putting a little "tu - tu" on Male ammo like that. :)

Personally i identify as a Apache gunship, and the world will never be woke enough to try and accommodate me, which is just fine
