My Hatsan at44 will not fill I think the o rings are too small because when I pump air escapes from around the fill probe and new o rings,grease ,docking the gun, and holding the hole in the reverse side of the tank closed has produced no results. Any help at all would be great. A walkthrough video would be good. Also I have never filled it before.

Is your bleed valve closed on your pump? You never know.
Edit: Also check the connection between your fill probe and the hose that goes to your pump. You might need tighten it down or add some teflon tape.

Not sure but you might need to cock the rifle first if it is empty....also lightly grease the probe o’rings with pure silicone grease. Hope this helps as I’ve never owned a Hatsan so take this recommendation not too seriously but have had other PCP’s that needed to be cocked before filling on first fill when empty.

MIght need to replace the o-ring in the foster fitting as that might be the source of the leak. Make sure it locks into place completely.

If it's completely empty, pump is not fast enough to build pressure.
Try to put some silicon on probe o-rings or ask someone for help.
One person should pump, other person press probe tight and seal hole from another side with a finger,
as soon as pressure builds up a bit, probe would seal and you'll be able to pump without any problems

hi,
if you think your o-rings on your probe are too small then you can do this trick:
remove the o-rings and put one layer of THIN transparent tape (that one your wife is using for presents) around the probe / o-ring grooves.
now put the o-rings back on and the outer diameter should slightly have increased.
working ?
this solution is not 100% safe but for a first test i find it okay to do.

Just out of curiosity, have you shot it yet? Both of my AT44s came with the tanks pre-filled. In other words is the tank full, empty or low?
Here's a YouTube video that shows you how to pump it up. The most important part is to make sure to open the bleeder valve before you remove the probe after pumping it up. If you don't you will likely blow the o-rings.
