First shots for custom Diana 48

First shots at 25 yards after Vortek kit and Custom LDC. Now super quiet and very nice shot cycle. Shooting some flatnose pellets. Sounds like a percussion instrument hitting the wood. Hitting very hard. I will begin the process of selecting the best pellet.

Great shooting with a wonderful rifle.

New Diana convert here. Selling all my pcps and staying in the German family. I never shot right off the bat with a rifle like I did with my first 54!

My .177 is off to Hector Medina for his full tune. Like a kid at Christmas I am waiting....

I love my 48 in. 177 also. I have the vortex kit install and it does spit the barracuda 10.65 with athority and accracy. I have a Beeman ldc on it that does quite it some.

Yes. I really like them. I have another one in 177 that I refinished. It is next in line for a vortek.

I tried a new pellet today 10.65 grains. That group is actually 10 shots from 25 yards. I think it really likes them! The heavier pellet seems to be doing better. Averaging around 815 feet per second. 15.6 footpounds.
