Hey "Nation",
Received my DW 2 weeks ago but couldn't do much with it while I waited for my scope to arrive. The rest of my accessories (moderator, bipod, and extended rail) were added as they arrived. Scope arrived Sunday and was sighted in on Monday. Quick zero at 25 yards to get started. Shot it at setting (2225) delivered to me and ran an array of pellets and slugs through it. 10 shots for each pellet/slug. At 25 yards I didn't expect much out of the slugs but they weren't crazy bad. On the next day I was able to go through the same at 35 yards. Later in the day I was finally able to get my first "working shot" with the new tool. One shot, one iguana down. Not the biggest lizard but decent size.
The photo on day 2, below was purposefully set to be .5 MIL high and left so that the point of aim stayed clear. I was also shooting from a shooting stick, not a bench so there definitely was a little shooter error involved.
More testing from a bench to come in the future. Plan to go through multiple settings as well as tuning on my own as I become more familiar with the gun and the settings.
