I had seen some (but only a few) good reviews for Penchetta Pen & Knife on AGN. So this morning they come up on an internet search for some accessories I was looking for.
Here is a summary with my first experience with this vendor:
1) They had one of the items I was looking for on sale on their site, and that saved me about 40 bucks.
2) Seems like both items I ordered were actually in stock when listed as such on their site. I hate inventory systems which show in stock, but then you find later that it actually wasn't. Not an issue with PP&K.
3) One of the items I ordered was not in the standard or most popular configuration. PP&K emailed me to make sure I really wanted it in that different configuration. Nice for them to verify before just shipping it out.
4) Within about 15 minutes of confirming that I did want the item in the ordered configuration, the order shows up as shipped (or at least shipping label created, which for most places means boxed up and ready for the carrier to pick up). Nice efficiency.
Conclusion: I think that I have just found a new source to feed my airgun addiction in Penchetta Pen & Knife. Definitely added to my good vendors list.
