This little bastard ran out of the garage this morning, apparently had found a way in and was busy setting up home for the winter in a piece of old rolled up carpet. Like the good boy he is, my dog took off like a bat outta hell and dam near got the thing, but the squirrel just barely made it to a tree. Told him to keep an eye on it while I ran to get loaded. Got back, squirrel nice and still, hiding from my dog. Entered through left side chest, just behind front leg, exited out right behind skull. H&N barracuda hunter 18.52gr@ approx 25ft.

Got to love the old pumpers. They last for many decades and shoot really well. I picked up an old Sheridan Blue Streak from the 70s 30+ years back. Definitely worse for the wear and tear it was. It had a bad crack in the pump arm with some wood missing so I cut it down and reshaped it a bit. Doesn't look too bad and is a pleasure to pump. It still shoots as good as it ever did.

@Cannonball, oh I want a Sheridan so bad, baker airguns has a ton of blue streaks and silver streaks for sale right now $3-500 but I ain't got the funds!

@biohazardman, nice job! If one didn't know what it was supposed to look like, you'd think it just came that way, I think it looks great, even more slim and streamlined. 

@Simplyhooked, have a old Benji 342 also that's a bit older than I am, still going strong, it's also a great shooter. 

@BackStop, hard to be quiet when your loading/reloading, might increase the level of difficulty stalking certain game, but I love shooting these rifles, glad I don't have any close neighbors to worry about. Hopefully follow up shot isn't necessary!

@WaydeG, would like to get peep sight for my Benji 342, but haven't been able to find any in stock anywhere. How is your red dot mounted? I like using irons, but a red dot sounds like fun.

Funny note, as soon as that sucker hit the ground, my dog jumped in and chomped down on it good then dropped it where you see it in picture, I think he thought it was 'his' kill.
