First class service from Airguns of Arizona

I was shipped the wrong adapter for a moderator, which was really the fault of Donny FL for having them wrapped in tissue paper and put into small plastic bags so no way to insure the right one is grabbed from the bins. When I contacted Airguns of Arizona they prompty mailed out the correct adapter USPS 2-day along with a UPS return shipping label. Two days after I phoned them I had the new adapter and could use the moderator. If I was dealing with Pyramid it would have taken 3 days for them to get back to me and another week to get the correct part.

I am quite lucky that I can drive over to their store. They have a small display area and a large area devoted to gunsmithing and order fulfillment. As a first time airgunner, I certainly am no expert, but I was given good advice on my initial purchase and so far have been satisfied with my interactions with their personnel. An example I can give is that I purchased a used scope, which most places would sell "as is". As a free service to the sale, they installed it on my gun also sighted it in. While doing so, they noticed an issue with the parallax adjuster and offered me another, more expensive used scope in place of the one I had chosen. Excellent customer focused service.

You just have to remember you are not the only customer trying to contact them and I am sure they don't have a room full of college kids sitting at computers to answer emails and phone calls. I sent them an email about daystate baffles and got a response from Shane in parts/repairs telling me they had used or could order new. Called his number and left a message about ordering some. I called back a few hours later and he knew it was me by what I was asking and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Also helped me diagnose a leaking RTI prophet I just got and threw in a newer metal/rubber washer that RTI has been using to fix leaky foster fitting threads. He also ran off and measured the baffles so I would know how many to buy for my prophet shroud. So far the people I have talked to on the phone and handled my orders have been top notch and helpful.
