First 300 Rounds: Ruger Air Hawk Elite II...Pros & Cons...

Just got this gun myself. It shoots for sure but the scope is utter junk. In fact when I turned the turret for windage it just turned super easy without any clicks like the elevation turret did. I knew right away it wouldn’t hold zero. It didn’t. That part is trash but the gun itself is worth the 100 bucks. How many stock screws are there? I know the two on the sides of the forearm work loose are there others to worry about ?

I am very surprised that pointed pellets shoot well unless your testing accuracy at close range. Most folks find a domed pellet gives best accuracy at distance. You didnt mention your group sizes so we dont know your definetion of accuracy. If your happy with your rifle, then that is all that matters, no need to keep up with the neighbors !!

Thanks for the review AK! At what distance was it that accurate?

His original post was back in December of 2017. If he does reply, first hope might well be does he still even have the rifle.

in my experience, nothing from Umarex lasts that long.
