Excellent 100 yard groups Cliff. Point 4 or 5 grain difference from pellet to pellet at 100 yards will make a difference in POI. If you weigh a tin of 25 kings you will find pellets weighting over a grain more than others. The most accurate and consistent gun shooting pellets ranging in weight from lets say 24.8 grain to a 26.2 grain will make shooting tight groups at 100 yards difficult.
Also finding out the head sizes your 500 shoots best and removing the ones it shoots worst will stop a big percentage of flyers. It is time consuming and tedious sorting pellets by weight/head size but you will see a big difference in groups especially after 75 - 80 yards.
