The objective bell is hitting the magazine. My 1/2″ rail riser is coming tomorrow, so single loading for me today.  I had to shoot some groups!

first  3 groups at 30 yards shooting 18.1 Ar 835 fps or 28 fpe.

    The middle one is notable.

the next is a cherry picked 50 yard

this Ataman ultra carbine is shooting the 15.9 grains at 863 or 26 fpe

I would be happy with that, looks like some fine shooting to me

I would have been happy with that accuracy at one time till that Joe Wayne Rhea guy and his springer showed up :) . If he can do one hole groups with a “Rattle Trap Gun” then my PCP had better do better. :P

Thanks. I am still getting used to the trigger and as with my Colibri, I think this gun is not “bench rest” weight. I put a shot right where I was aiming into a cattail out my window at 25 yards.

When I learn how to shoot it better, It will be stellar. It is so light and so smooth, but eats air and is loud for 28 fpe.  I would actually prefer to tune it down and just keep it as a chipmunk and starling gun. My Colibri at 30 fpe can do all the heavy lifting.

Randy at RL is a service dealer for Ataman, he maybe able to de-tune it for you…
