I don't know if columbus is any closer but there will be field target matches there this year. The schedule is still being worked out but I will pm you with a link or just the info when it comes out,.

Liked this scope so well, I just ordered a second one from Hector ;-)
Hope to have a brand new Thomas FT rifle by April. Should be a good combination ;-)
Now I've got to decide if I want to use the Burris Signature Zee rings like I did with the Cricket or try something new?
Maybe Sportsmatch?

Thanks Doc. Trying to keep up with CK???? LOL Yeah right! He pays more for scope rings than most of us do for scopes! ;-)

Recently a Cricket with a Sightron, now another Sightron to go on a Thomas no less, Campfussel you have the airgun bug bad, you do realise there is no known cure? lol, enjoy those rifles, they sound like a good thing probably never see one Downunder.

Yeah Strikey, the Thomas will make 8 PCP's and one Springer , a nice TX200 HC that Hunter gave me.
I guess I need to sell my Disco, and M-rod, and AA S500, and the dang Dragon Slayer, but just can't seem to part with them yet? Need to find them a local home where they will be appreciated and I can visit them from time to time ! LOL

i looked through your scope at the match and I couldn't believe how hard it was for me to get my eye in the right spot so that I didn't just see black. Is that just because I wasn't used to it? Do you have any problem quickly acquiring a sight picture? I am thinking about trying open class at some point and I think the big Sightron would fit the bill if I could get comfortable with it.

Yes it is a little tricky to get your at the right relief distance? I guess I'm just used to it? Chris Berry said the rubber eye cup makes it a little easier, but I haven't even tried that yet? I like the scope so much I bought another one for the Thomas.
I've got the equipment to do the job, now I just need to get off my butt and practice with the trigger stick;-) Sitting comfortably at the picnic table with a bag just isn't going to cut it for practice ;-)

Lemme get first dibs on that S500 when the time comes. That one's been tuned right, but no regulator? Anyways I have an idea for another FT rifle but don't want to buy a new one for it.
