Placed an order on Apr 14,

Says order picked up Apr 12, in Ohio, next stop Salt Lake City, Ut on it's way to E. Texas, Makes one wonder







I don't know what kind of deal Pyramid has with Fed Ex, but the shipping from there in my experience has been the worst I have seen on several recent occasions. First they showed a HW 75 picked up, but it never left Fed Ex, lost took too long to get sorted out and a refund on my part. Everything from there shipping has been slow after pickup. I have had Fed Ex shipments from other vendors in same area, about ten miles apart and good service, but from there, thumbs down.


 
You placed an order on the 14th and your tracking number says it was picked up on the 12th? Have you called FedEx to make sure that they didn’t mix your package up with someone else’s? I’ve had several occasions (some orders from PA) where I’d view the tracking info and the arrival (or last scanned activity) date changes as the package sits in a warehouse often surpassing the estimated delivery date. I generally select the cheapest shipping method and chalk the delays to economy shipping. It sucks when ordering from a place that should be able to deliver within a 4-day window.

No, no call to Fed Ex, will wait and see as it is in transit. Dates really threw me though. Fed Ex shows tracking number that was given by Pyramid so don't see how Fed Ex would have mixed that up. Usually from there it goes to a hub in Memphis, then either the Dallas or Shreveport area coming from anywhere up north or east.



Then tracking info says shipment info sent to Fed Ex on the 15th and it arrived in SLC almost 4 hours later.

Or when it says "Out for delivery " and you're like 😀😁😁....then waiting and waiting ...when suddenly ...and they drive off without delivering anything

Oh yes. I have had that multiple times over multiple years and only with UPS. I sit about 10-12 feet from the front door, just inside the foyer, and can hear anything outside. I will be home all day awaiting a package, UPS shows out for delivery, then all of a sudden a tracking update that states no one to receive package. It will come next day, no signature required, all they have to do is drop it at door. Simple answer, it's getting late and driver did not want to make extra effort to deliver in our residential area just out of town.

I shipped something FEDEX out west, but for some reason, it was received into the FEDEX hub in Vandalia, OH as its destination. So the buyer on EBAY thought that I had shipped his item that he had already paid for to someone else. I assured him that this was not the case and I almost lost the sale and my reputation all at the same time. FEDEX would not reach out to this customer and let him know that the screw up was indeed their fault. Fortunately, the customer got his item before he hit the refund button and all was good except I still had to pay for their lousy service.

Try watching them on the security camera deliver to a blocked door on the house that has an 8x12 sign with 2" letters that says no deliveries to this door......and they drop it there anyway. All of my accounts say to use the Alley Entrance for deliveries. Took 2 Calls to Corp, 1 to the local manager, and 1 in person visit to get them to stop doing that poop.
