I hope for the same kind of service. So far, I ordered a Gladius Long in .22 and was never notified that it was out of stock until I sent a follow up email. No big deal since they offered me a .25 that they have in stock, so I went with that one. Hopefully I get it sometime here shortly. 

I tried to order 22 assorted pellet tins and they wanted $82 shipping and there were no other options. It automatically added it to the order in checkout. Same as paying the Ebay or Amazon ransom.

well... 22 tins of pellets adds serious weight and will bump your shipping cost big time. if you keep your order down to 8-10 tins it should average out to $20 / tin shipped. granted , that's assuming JSB or the like pellets H&N should be a bit cheaper.
