The organizer of the recent Extreme American FT match asked me to post this.
"I would like to announce the evening practices for airguns. The Phoenix Rod and Gun Club has been nice enough to allow me to have 2 practices that prelude the Extreme American Field Target Match which is on the 4th Saturday of October. (See PRGC Calendar for start time). These practices will be starting in day and go into the night. We also will be allowing 75yd and 100yd benches. This will allow EBR 9.5 Lockdown shooters to practice. So even if you do not plan to shoot The Extreme AFT on 4th Saturday you can still practice any distance you would like. I will also be putting a few AFT animals out at different distances as well.Unfortunately the PRGC range is very busy and scheduling time is limited. The following afternoon/evenings are available for us to practice Sundays,Mondays and Wednesdays. Please let me know what days works the best for you. I would like to have as many shooters as possible. I want to accommodate the shooters the best I can within the scheduling I am allowed by the range. Please email me your suggestions and what times ,dates ,etc that work for you. This will be a late afternoon into evening practice."

This sounds like a very fun way to get to know some other airgunners and dip your toes in the water of both long range benchrest airgun comps and the Extreme American FT matches.
Also, for those Phoenix area shooter looking for a place to shoot their EBR 9.5 Lockdown cards (or just to practice for them) and don't have 75 and 100 yards, here's your opportunity.
