Evanix airspeed gen 2 is doing great!

I was a little nervous about how this gun would do after reading a few negative reviews on this gun after I impulse bought it but it would appear that I got one of the ones that was either great out of the box or one of the previous owners worked the kinks out of. Either way it's flawless cycling of crosman premiers and relatively good accuracy is really making me happy. I still have only shot it at 10 yards but the groups are small enough that I have no doubt I can kill a squirrel at at least 30 yards. I'm hoping a head shot at 40 will be possible. With my broken leg I can only really shoot here at the house for now but I have now shot several mags of CPD with zero failure and I can cover my groups with a nickel when I'm trying to shoot for accuracy. A quarter when I'm mag dumping......which happens alot 🤠 also one negative I can say for the gun is that you really need to count your shots. There is no indication when your mag is empty and several times I shot just air and the different sound of air without a pellet in front of it was my indicator. No big deal but it would have been nice if there was some kind of solution. It makes sense that the mag wouldn't have a last shot indicator like a bolt gun because of how the gun works pushing the probe at light speed into the barrel but maybe I'll put some nail polish on the mag to visually see it's the last shot. Anyway I am really happy with this gun. It's alot of fun and although I have more accurate guns and more powerful guns this makes me smile and I am glad that after all this time an airgun can still make me feel like a kid again. Good times! I'll make another post when I get well showing 25 and 50 yard groups.

I remember your post saying you was going to get it and I’m happy that you like it. I’ve been wanting a semi automatic also. I was trying to find a cheaper option but with decent reviews. I was thinking about buying a AEA but it had a low shot count in the caliber that I wanted. And there’s only two people in the country that I heard that can service them. So even though I had a bad taste in my mouth from a former Hatsan Break barrel that I bought,I crossed my fingers and ended up buying a Hatsan Invader. It has a lot of plastic on it but the innards are all metal. So far after testing it, it is accurate and powerful with 50 shots per fill. It came with peep sights so I didn’t have to buy a scope right away. I’m going to buy a small Variable Low powered scope for it.Only downside which I already knew was the heavy trigger pull. After the warranty is up I’m going to address that.I know you can’t wait until you get your cast off so you can really go out and test it good.
