tins in one caliber but full boxes of both .177 and .22s, there not JSB's... but any port in a storm...hopefully a sign the pellet supply is improving!

I placed an order with AoA yesterday and Rich told me they would be getting a shipment of JSB's this week. If you order pellets from AoA call in your order. The shipping charges that you get when estimating them are way more than what they are when you call. Two weeks ago I called in and ordered 5 tins of .22 15.89 JSB's and 15 tins of 16.2 .177 Beast, the estimated shipping was $38.00 and the real shipping was $22.00. This is true for anything you order.

15 tins? That is why there is a shortage of pellets. It’s the greedy people that make it so other people cannot enjoy.

Long time shooters have been buying pellets in bulk like that for many years. Once you find one that shoots well in a gun, you get into the habit of going out and getting a few thousand of them for that specific gun.

The shortage is because of COVID and disruptions in the supply chain.

Thank you alias for the tip!!! I called AOA...got right through...a first...and I ordered 10 tins of JSB's and 5 tins of H&Ns...you complainers...now is your chance to get pellets... just pick up your phone, call AOA and place a per-order and stop bitchin' about people who do...

Amen! Complaining about others buying pellets acting like there taking away from everyone else. Most of us have been buying like this for years with absolutely no issue. It's not our problem many many others started to get into airguns during COVID. Just pre order when you can and be happy. I'm set for probably 5 years and only have about 10k total pellets.

So far the local Walmarts have had very limited selection.
Being a newbie I haven’t purchased a lot of pellets from retailers. Still very much in the experimental stage and I’ve purchased most of my pellets from fellow air gunners, locally or through the mail.
I do the same with a lot of my bullets and brass for the powder burners. What doesn’t work for them, may work for me and I usually save a little cash for the chance to try.
I always find it interesting when somebody is disgruntled if somebody else has the good fortune to get what they want. At some point I may settle on what works best for me and will have no qualms about purchasing in a manner which will give me the best bangs for my bucks so to speak.
