Edmonton rabbit hunting

Here's something you might find a little helpful. My lend out rifle for bunny busting is a Disco, although a little more energy than your gun, here is a winning set up. I zeroed the scope at 12 yards. This takes me out to the far zero of 40 yards, scope height is 1.5" and at 25 yards it shoots about 5/8" high. I switched the FPS for your set up and you get around 36 yards using the same bc as the 18.1 grain JSB. There is a minimal holdover for 5 yards, and as you go past your second zero. For unsupported shooting I have a self imposed limit of 30 yards. As far as gauging illuminated eyes It's not an easy task for me as the distances increase.

Hey Hellzbellz, I live in Edmonton as well want to chat sometime? Besides a pellet rifle, do you hunt with a bow or rifle. The bow zone hunting for deer and moose is pretty exceptional if you can get the permission )
