I will start out buy saying that Brian answered all of my questions even though I hadn’t bought anything from him. He actually answers right away most of the time and has never seemed annoyed or rushed. This is the type of person I like to deal with, he will probably cost me a lot of money! Anyways I finally ordered a gun after quite a while of bugging him and so far the r5m lives up to its reputation. Now to go break it in!
 
That is nice. I also am having a good experience with Brian and Edgun West. Had the wrong oring and valve sent, contacted Brian via email Saturday evening, had an email Monday morning saying the correct parts are being sent out. I’ve dealt with AOA, Joe Brancato and Edgun West. AOA is okay, you talk to a different rep a lot, but overall okay B+. Joe Brancato, very patient, fast shipping, and he has some unique brands A-. Edgun West. Well, I love edguns, Brian is on the ball and no hassles. A.
