EdGun Leshiy full review (after 5 months & 5K pellets)

That's an interesting scope, would love to see a photo on the Leshiy. My Hawke arrived last night, it's fairly heavy - but the reticle is really nice. I'm planning to shoot between 50m - 100m, and probably higher for paper targets. I have a Burris AR-332 that I might use for short range hunting, but I plan on getting another scope for longer range targets (something with illumination, it's dark here this time of year).

Here it is. I had one of the older Hawke 2-7 scopes but 7 power is just not enough mag for my eyes. I tried the 3-12 bugbuster and it is really nice for $100, but then I saw this Burris and with the Plex reticle seems perfect. The reticle on the BB is THICK compared to this Burris. The BB is nice with it's side focus (if you're right handed), but since I hold the grip with my left hand, having the AO on bell is easier to adjust while hunting for me.

That looks great! I also like that folding foregrip - it looks like it fits the Leshiy very well :)

I have an Atlas B10-LW17 coming next week. I read somewhere that there could be clearance issues in collapsing the buttstock all the way (I got a tail extender coming as well). Does anyone know if this is true?

Thanks - the fore grip was $8 on ebay. It locks in 4 different positions. I usually wind up shooting it like below

My Leshiy will not cock with a bipod on the front. It would prior to the trigger mod, but now the butt stock needs to be able to set the safety in order for it to cock.

Just tap on the trigger when it should cock and the trigger will set. The trigger mod applies to much pressure on the trigger. So when you fold the gun to cock it just press the trigger will allow the sear to set.
Either that or you can install an additional spring under the trigger guard.

I had heard something about adding another spring, is there a link to diagram or other instructions? It would be nice to use a bipod off the bench

Here is where I place the spring for my Leshiy.

I trim a couple of coil from the spring to make it shorter.

Thanks for posting that! BTW, What are the dimensions of that plunger screw behind the trigger? 14mm, 16mm M4?

M4x16mm

My Leshiy came with a spring under the trigger guard and I bought it brand new? But it cocks in the same place every time even without fully swinging the stock around (I'm guessing because of the spring).

mtnGhost, I use the same bipod with my gun and the stock will NOT collapse fully when I'm using it. It doesn't bother me because I don't use the safety either way. Enjoy your bipod it is a quality piece of gear!

Due to demand I am doing another limited run of 10 printed grips. I will include the Magpul AA insert which can be used to store batteries or pellets. Again, I don't want money for the grip but I ask for $25 to cover shipping costs to wherever you are. If you want one please Paypal me at [email protected] and also PM me with your request. Please BE SURE to include your shipping address in the Payment notes. Grips will ship in roughly two weeks after all have been printed.

Any update on these?

I was thinking about this the other day. I have not heard anything from the guy about when the grips will be shipped but the $25.00 has left my paypal account. It's been about a month since I sent him the money, so he is about 2 weeks past the time when he said the grips would be shipped. Hopefully we haven't been had.

No I don't think so. He's not big on responding to messages. But I don't think he's the type to scam anyone. Hopefully he'll be updating us soon.
