any way to adjust the amount of force required to fold the leshiy in half? mine is brand new and seems really stiff – in the videos I have seen people seem to be snapping it in half with ease.

Do you mean cocking the gun or unlocking the action?

sorry, gun is still new to me – getting used to it. i mean when the gun is straight at full length and I want to break the gun in half. it just seems to take a lot of effort. i was thinking maybe of shaving a bit off the metal catch to make it easier to unlock? just wanted to canvas opinions from other leshiy owners as maybe problem with my gun or perhaps I just have weak wrists, ha ha.

Try breaking it open over your thigh. Kind of like snapping a stick over your leg.
They loosen up over time, give it some time and use. I love mine.

thanks terry, just needing some reassurance from other owners. yeah thats what i do to snap it over my leg, or under the armpit, ted whacks it with his palm in his video but that can get sore after a while!

I have 2 of them 1 for me and 1 for my son and both are a little different my one is easy to open my sons is a little harder so he put a little gun lube on the hinge and opened and closed it over his leg and now it’s like mine the loosing up over time but hope this helps John
