    Leshiy 2 350mm .30 cal

    Unboxing Video

    First Impressions:

This gun feels tiny, even in the 350mm config. I was concerned I got the 250mm and had to do a double take.

    Tips:

If you don’t already have some strong magnets lying around, go get some neodymium magnets now! You’ll need them to take off the black pellet cover on the magazines.
I had spares lying around and used gorilla tape to mount them to the butt of my grip per Brian’s suggestion.

Easily removable and won’t damage your gun.

FedEx came a day earlier than scheduled. I was surprised too.

That looks like a pretty good reason to take a day or two off of work.

Wow!  Can’t wait to get mine but I think I might be waiting a while longer as my order number is in the late 200’s.

If you don’t mind, what are the dimensions of the bottom of the grip?  I have a few magnets here but not sure they will fit.

Congrats and let us know how it shoots!

Very nice – I just got my tracking number a few minutes ago.

What caliber? Which Tishina moderator is that – looks HUGE – I'd say it's the 200mmx350mm kit? Please let us know how well it works compared with stock setup.

I dont understand what the magnets are for?

To pull the backer plate off the magazines to reload them.

Maybe someone will make a plastic grip extension with slots in the side to hold the magnets, and sell them to us.  HINT,HINT.

So I was under the impression that the gun in its stock form should be a pretty seamless design? The magnet thing to me seems a little off-putting…for a 2.4k gun. Is this a necessity for this gun to work? Can you show us how you put it together after the initial unboxing?

It appears we may need to make some custom tools to work on it as well.  Maybe Oksana at Valkyrie will come up with something for a clean magnet install.

Is the magnet needed for removal of the plate or for a convenient place to keep it to avoid loss? Just curious.

So every time you need to reload, you need to pull off that tape on the bottom and then use that magnet to pull off and put on the magazine cover? Then re-stick the magnet with the tape back on the bottom? And do this every time? Or does the magnet just make it easier to pull off the magazine cover? I understand the tape keeps the magnets from being lost. And thanks for keeping us posted!

For removal of the plate, I believe, otherwise that thin plate would be hard to grip and pull off.  You just put the plate side of the magazine against the magnet to pull it off to reload the magazine, it's magnetic, so you're using a stronger magnet to pull it off.   Of course, you could also use it to hold the plate while putting the pellets in the magazine The magnet on the grip stays there all the time.
