EDgun barrel

I am novice at best ,but I am trying to learn

this barrel is a 308 for edgun

I have good luch so far with 22 barrels and 30 barrels , but for some reason only caliber I am having finicky for ammo is a 25 cal lw , I just made one for a r5 25 super mag with 1=17 twist and it only shoots a noe 50 grain well , not a noe 42 not a varmint knocker ,and not a mp 48 gr slug , for some reason I made last 25 caliber to shoot the 48 grain mp and I believe twist rate just doesnt like it ,I have only tried a 11 degree crown I will try other crowns , for it before I try a different barrel 

I really like the MP slug for 22 and 25 cal ,hunting , they do some severe damage and with a grea bc for long range ,

Hi scout for chambers I take in alot of concideration but a general rule is ,first 1/2 inch I rework weather I reem or polish or angle but keep rifling square or it would hamper accuracy .I have some guns like this edgun , where as it uses a transfer port screwed to barrel when bolt is forward this one the slugs I use are just touching the lands , due to fact the brass transferport is designed to house the ammo , but with others that seat into lands they need more work , espially if you shooting long slugs
