Eagle vision 12mm lens 1.8 vs 2.3?

Hey anyone can tell me what is the difference and which one should I get. I want to len that will give the best quality image when recording my hunt. On their site the 1.8 is more than double the cost of the 2.3. They only say that 1.8 let more light in. So does that means 1.8 will take better image when the sun go down? What about in the afternoon when the sun is up. Will there be a image quality difference? And why is one cost over twice as much as the other one. Is it twice better image quality??. Imo if the 2.3 is €34.99 the 1.8 should cost roughly €49.99. Not €89.99.

The f1.8 will allow more light through it's larger aperture, but the "slower" f2.3 will have a greater depth of field. So it is a trade-off. Faster lens for lower light situations and potentially sharper image or slower lens for greater depth of field and lessen possible errors in keeping reticle and image in focus. Why the cost? Better glass more labor in that glass.

Ok well I know nothing about camera. So I still don't get it. I just want to be able to use it on my gopro hero 7. So which one should I get for best image quality and clear picture?
