Dvor returns?

Is anyone familiar with returns regarding orders placed with Dvor.

I recently purchased a scope from them and the glass is well below my expectations. The scope has not been mounted, it is as new.

Their return policy states refunds are for store credit, and states further that they don’t exchange or give cash back. I paid by paypal, so I’m not sure where that leaves me.

I have had no success yet by phone getting through, but I did send them an email.

As long as it's not a Gun or Airgun PayPal should help and the credit card attached to it for sure open up a dispute.

What scope and model is it? Might be just defective and slipped through QC.

Last DVOR sale was pretty cheap with some good scopes if cherry picked like the $330 Sightron S-TAC and Burris scopes and Meopta Optica6 few had inquired about. Who knows? Just name that specific scope and price you paid someone may want to buy it and save you on return esoecially if it's an Alpha6 which I highly doubt. Many here on a waiting list. 

If it's defective you should be entitled to an exchange.

Budk just informed me the AIM SPORTS Alpha6 4.5-27x50 is today back in stock $206.99 with 10% code when you sign up on bottom of their website for special promos. $16.99 standard ups ground no matter how many you order. 99 cents insurance. Add your state tax too.

They have exactly 20 left as of right now and the other 1-5x24 and 2.5-15x50 expected early next month.

Post your NIKKO on the classifieds for what you paid plus shipping.
