Dual bottle adapter FX Impact

Steeve, it might be possible depending on how much you overfill to get more shots, I just like to be safe, meaning if hunting, I want full velocity on each shot and if the the last opportunity of the day is a +100yard shot, I don't want to be missing 50 or 80ftps :)
I did some tests over my Chrony and depending of fill and regulator setting 40 would be good.

Hi everybody,

This is how business works, just copy, not even a thank you, been in business for many years but was till now only copied this fast by chinese companies, even ignoring the pat. Pending.

Anyway thank you guys for all the positive feedback!

That total lack of integrity is just sad... No more FX for me. I only have one anyway. There are so many good choices out there now that excluding FX doesn’t really eliminate anything as far as performance options. I wish Matt Dubber had at least mentioned where the idea and prototypes came from, but since he’s on the FX payroll that would be hard for him to do I guess...?

Matt just wrote Side Shot got permission from FX to produce it and FX designed it years back, but he don't know the full story.

Could be, who knows, these guys all seems close and have a business to protect, to be fair sometimes products are in the pipeline for years. Or maybe I pushed some buttons so they felt they had to market it fast somehow, good for airgunners! Or maybe they just saw a good idea and rushed to do something.

In my opinion the right thing to do, is at least to reply when someone reaches out, it also seems they made the product simplest possibly way, mine mounts to the rifle bottle thread, easy to change from one till two bottle setup and back, it looks like you need to disassemble the rifle to install the Side Shot/FX model , and I don't see any valves?

Side Shot should be velcome to contact me, so you all can get the best possible product? I mean for 449,- what else should you expect.

Whoa, what? $449? At that price it won’t be long until you can buy a China Bay version online for $95. And Sideshot/FX will get a pity party from all of us when there are complaints about “those cheap Chinese knock-offs”. At least we’ll get a good chuckle out of it...

@frankdk, recommend if possible you do a side by side comparison of yours compared to Sideshot/FX with photos so we can all see premium engineering Design and Manufacturing compared to whatever you would call the SS/FX version...

Centercut, I have these features and way to mount:

One difference is the valve, latest sample had only one valve, you just need the one then you can uninstall the bottles without draining the last one empty.

Main difference is mine mount directly to the bottle thread on the rifle, you can change between a one or two bottle setup fast and without disassemble the rifle.

I have eccentric supports, they are adjusted to support the rifle body and tightened down, ones set they will always fit your rifle, this way you can adjust for tolerances and make sure the adapter does not wriggle or rotate ones mounted.

Interesting thing, everybody liked it,,,,,, now suddenly FX apparently had it for many years, just no one ever seen it :) I wonder who would believe that.

What is needed is one of these adapters with bottle threads M18 X 1.5 so 2 500 CC Chinese Bottles from Ace Care could be threaded directly onto the adapter thus the valving required for removable bottles would be eliminated. MUCH Cheaper but must be empty to remove! Alternately use one FX bottle valve and a short extension on the gun connection to the dual adapter. Take them off by pulling barrel and shroud to allow room to unscrew. Then you could go back to the single FX Bottle since nothing on the gun changed.
